Join Donaldson as our next Senior Supply Chain Manager supporting our Frankfort Plant, with additional responsibility for our Monticello plant, a smaller facility within our operations network. In this role, you and your team will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for one of our flagship manufacturing plants. You will oversee and direct supply chain activities with a strategic focus on aligning global and regional operations to sustain business growth and optimize total landed cost. This position ensures operational excellence, supports customer demand, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight to a team, ensuring the effective execution of workflows, driving process improvements, and resolving operational challenges in a timely manner.

  • Lead and inspire your team by actively participating in mentoring, performance evaluations, career development initiatives, and rewards programs to drive team engagement and performance.

  • Supervise salaried professionals and/or hourly operational employees in the areas of Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Shipping/Receiving.

  • Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecast and supply plan, improvingcustomer service levels and cost efficiency across the supply chain. Create and manage processes for resource planning.

  • Supervise and improve workflows in production planning and detailed scheduling. Analyze demand and capacity to establish balanced production plans that meet delivery requirements while optimizing resource utilization.

  • Oversee procurement, transportation, and warehousing of goods. Establish optimal inventory levels aligned with demand to ensure on-time delivery and efficient working capital management.

  • Monitor supplier performance and manage businessrelationships, to maintain timely material delivery and execute supplier projects.

  • Promote Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and drive initiatives to maintain a safe work environment, actively supporting plant Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance and employee safety.

  • Act as the liaison with commercial, manufacturing, logistics, and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure smooth coordination. Engage with sales teams and build strong relationships with critical customers.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with critical customers, ensuring open communication to address needs, resolve issues, and improve overall experience.

  • Consistently achieve results in key performance metrics, includingcustomer on-time delivery and inventory turns, contributing to the company's operational excellence. Ensure accurate maintenance of master data and regularly publish KPIs related to key business objectives and ensure plant-level plans align with these targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing

  • Experience in multi-product/multi-line manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in production control, materials purchasing, inventory planning, detailed scheduling, warehouse management, and logistics in a Make-to-Order manufacturing environment

  • CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD from APICS ASCM or other national certification (or willingness to obtain within first 18 months in the role)

  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and ad-hoc reports

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software for data mining and dashboard development

  • Background in Kaizen, or continuous improvement

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, or project management

Annual Salary Range:$123,800 - 162,500.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.

This position iseligible forannualincentive planbased on performance and company growth.
