Sr. Manager, Program and Project Management

The Network Strategy and Planning team is responsible for strategic planning, portfolio oversight, and leadership support across the Network and Provider Partnerships department. The Sr. Manager will report to the Director, Strategic Planning and Performance. In this role you will lead the refreshed Network Governance cycle, support Strategic Planning for the Network department, and function as a business driver for strategic projects. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Master of Business Administration or Master of Public Health strongly preferred
• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in program and project management and/or strategic planning
• Minimum 4 years direct people leadership experience required
• Health plan experience required
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and deliver results in a matrixed environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to drive complex projects and processes independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor communication to the audience from frontline teams to senior executives
