About the Role
We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Gore Medical Digital IT Strategy and Performance Team. In this role, you will beresponsible for coordinating change management efforts on high impact digital programs / projects to improve the engagement, adoption, and ultimate success of key initiatives. The Change Manager will partner with Program/Project Sponsors, Champions, Program/Project Managers as well as other Change Managers and the Digtial Experience Leader to support the change management efforts. The team works collectively to identify and help deliver some of the highest priority and most strategic initiatives in our project portfolio.We are passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive andequitablework environment for all Associates. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assess, coordinate, develop and maintain a holistic and integrated strategy for change across different project work streams of a program
- Engage and coach program team members on change management activities including change strategy development, stakeholders analysis, change impact assessments, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
- Develop, simplify and execute communications and engagement strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and positive customer experiences across Gore Medical
- Partner with program/project team to identify and develop sustainment plans, activities and additional sustainment requisites to successfully engage in the new way of working; solidly secure future state owner engagement with program / project team
- Utilize and optimize established methods, tools and processes for Change Management, while applying a growth-mindset for adopting and advancing new ways of working
- Influence decision makers and challenge the organization to create strategies for disruption, breakthroughs, transformation and innovation; and break down limiting barriers that could block the introduction of new ways of working
- Model and encourage diverse thinking, focus on the Associates' or customer point of view across initiatives
- Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position
- Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of position
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in applying organization effectiveness and change management expertise including: stakeholder management, leadership alignment, communications and engagement, identifying change impacts
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting large-scale, global digital transformation programs, with preference for SAP, ServiceNow, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic communications and engagement efforts for complex programs or initiatives, with the ability to effectively engage executive-level stakeholders, project and program teams, and end users across global regions
- Exhibited skill to design and facilitate working sessions, workshops and/or other types of engagements both live and virtual
- Familiarity with IT change and project management principles and tools, specifically in the MedTech industry
- Demonstrated commitment to equitable and inclusive practices, with experience fostering psychological safety through inclusive behaviors, respectful collaboration, and constructive engagement, while appropriately addressing or escalating negatively impactful or unfair behavior
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed while also able to work in teams and motivate others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to understand and manage complexity/ambiguity, to create clarity of scope for ambiguous projects and uncover truly important issues
- Demonstrated ability to coach and effectively influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working in a virtual global environment
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading global communication strategies, managing execution plans, and leveraging metrics and data to engage executive stakeholders and guide decision making
- Experience developing and deploying internal marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Strong editorial and internal marketing skills
