Position Summary: The IT Delivery Lead supports the successful execution of ERP and platform initiatives by coordinating, tracking, and facilitating work across technical and business teams. Working under the direction of the Sr. Enterprise ERP Architect, this role ensures that approved work is clearly planned, visible, and progressing as expected across both current AS-IS systems and the M3/CSDe future-state environment. This role emphasizes delivery discipline, coordination, and follow-through. The IT Delivery Lead enables senior leaders, architects, and subject-matter experts to remain focused on decisions, design, and execution without being burdened by day-to-day task orchestration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage delivery activities across ERP, platform, data, and integration workstreams.
- Maintain and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) backlogs, boards, and work items for both AS-IS and M3/CSDe initiatives.
- Translate approved decisions, priorities, and plans into actionable tasks, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate delivery-focused working sessions, standups, checkpoints, and coordination meetings as needed.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers; proactively surface issues requiring attention or escalation.
- Ensure work items are clearly defined, sequenced, assigned, and aligned to approved priorities and governance.
- Partner with technical leads, business SMEs, and platform resources to support smooth and predictable execution.
- Support release planning, readiness, and coordination activities, including validation of task completion and handoffs.
- Maintain delivery documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and visibility artifacts.
- Reinforce governance and intake processes by ensuring work is routed through approved decision and prioritization channels.
- Act as a connector across teams to reduce friction, miscommunication, and execution gaps.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, project coordination, or technology-focused operational roles.
- Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise application environments (Infor experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable work management and delivery tools.
- Experience coordinating work across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting both operational (AS-IS) systems and transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Project or delivery certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT delivery lifecycles, execution coordination, and work intake management.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms and supporting enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, boards, work items, and reporting.
- Translate high-level direction and approved decisions into clear, actionable delivery tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, sequencing, and follow-through.
- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and timelines concurrently.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operate effectively within structured governance, escalation, and decision frameworks.
- Identify delivery risks early and surface them with context, impacts, and options.
- Facilitate discussions that keep teams aligned, focused, and moving forward.
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and consistency in execution.
- Build trust and credibility through disciplined delivery rather than positional authority.
