Job Description
The Events & Rentals Specialist - DFH Hospitality is the champion of specialty guest experiences at the DFH Hospitality locations in Delaware (Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, Chesapeake & Maine, Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen and Dogfish INN). The role reports to Manager, Local Marketing and Experiential, and is accountable for planning and executing events and happenings that win the hearts and minds of our drinkers and coworkers, with an overall goal of supporting our national brand initiatives, increasing traffic to our locations, and driving revenue for our locations. This role partners with hospitality managers at the DE locations and the hospitality marketing team in order to achieve results. What You'll Brew:

Level: 7
At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $52,000 - $102,000. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
