About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Account Director/Manager to drive growth in the transportation markets across the United States. This role is a key part of Weston's growth strategy to expand our portfolio of private sector clients. Existing relationships in high growth transportation industries, including railroads, long haul trucking firms, package delivery and rental trucking firms or related experience required. This position will be responsible for strategic planning, client outreach and branding to capture market share. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of environmental regulations, transportation and infrastructure trends, along with excellent communication, business development, and project management skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions. The CAD/CAM is expected to be able to assemble teams that can deliver a wide variety of competencies to our clients such as construction services, engineering design, environmental planning & permitting, digital solutions, multi-media compliance, site investigation and remediation. Location: Flexible but preferred locations Denver, CO, Texas, Chicago, IL, Mid-Atlantic Region, New England Region, NY/NJ Metro, Southeast Region. Essential roles and responsibilities: Provide overall leadership in driving sales in the transportation sector including developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, building sales pipeline, partnering with operations to ensure high-quality project delivery, and to grow the capacity of the required teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients in a variety of environmental, transportation and infrastructure technical areas.
