What to Expect

The Engineer will mange the development and execution of the evaluation methodologies and technical governance of the initiatives ensuring accurate asset records and robust governance standards. This role combines quality and engineering expertise with advanced tracking strategies to support supplier evaluations and ensure accurate asset records, integration with enterprise system and technology readiness


What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement evaluation processes and governance standards
  • Validate technical specifications and asset integrity across suppliers
  • Oversee advanced tracking solutions deployment and integration with ERP/WARP
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain and Finance teams for data accuracy and alignment
  • Prepare evaluation reports and present findings to leadership
  • Support rollout strategy for tracking technology

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, asset evaluation, technical governance, or supplier management
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and asset tracking technologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and and assertive communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Familiarity with advanced asset tracking solutions

    Expected Compensation
    $108,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
