Title: Benefits Coordinator
Location: ON-Site Laurel, MD Pay/Duration: 36.00 per hour / 6 months contract Description: Serve as the initial point of contact for new hire questions related to health and welfare benefits. Provide general health and welfare benefits, customer service support to staff and retirees. Resolve or raise issues to Benefit Specialist. Review new hire and QLE enrollment requests in Work Day. Establish retiree records by leading data entry of new benefit elections, collecting required documents. Facilitate online enrollment changes for retirees and their dependents. File room maintenance, including filing and purging. The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
