Business Management Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Business Management Intern, you will work closely with the department's Business Analyst and other relevant departments to identify reporting and tracking needs and help develop effective solutions. You will assist with the creation of tools and workflows that promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance for front- and back-office staff, analyze trends to support industry best practices that align with the credit union's strategic plan, and help develop communications with key stakeholders regarding process scope, proposals, design, usability, and controls. You will also support data and document gathering for Executive Management, Board reports, and internal and external audits as needed. And, as part of the internship, you'll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 1 - August 7, 2026). The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm and this position will be based out of our Plymouth Corporate Office.

In addition, we're looking for:

• Third- or fourth-year college student in active pursuit of a degree in Business, Finance or related, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
• Availability to work full-time throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 1 - August 7, 2026).
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with digital meeting platforms such as Zoom/Skype/Teams
• Comfortable with working with others.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Adept in fast-paced settings
• Strong attention to detail.
• Innovative thinker open to creative solutions.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

PAY RANGE:
$18 - $25/hour
