The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR-Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office).



Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provides HR support to employees
  • Completes verifications of employment
  • Maintains data integrity in the HRIS system
  • Send out new hire welcome gifts
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Answering HR-related inquiries by E-Mail or phone
  • Scanning documents into shared system
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested



Required Skills/Abilities:




  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be motivated, and results-driven



Education and Experience:



Preferred:



  • Experience with Dayforce
  • Previous payroll software experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or pursuing a degree in HR or related field of study



Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
