As a Newborn Hearing Technician, you'll support families during a special moment in their lives while ensuring each infant receives highquality, accurate hearing screening. Position Details: What You'll Do Conduct newborn hearing screening evaluations using established protocols Gather essential case history and patient information Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and healthcare professionals Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members Uphold Mercy's mission, values, and standards in every interaction What You'll Bring Minimum Requirements Education: Associate's degree or equivalent college credit Experience: Prior patient care experience preferred Able to communicate effectively with patients' families and healthcare professionals Comfortable interacting with the public and committed to providing exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree (healthcare-related fields preferred) Experience: Previous hearing testing experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Why Mercy?
