Senior Manager, Global Account-Based Marketing

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM), to lead and execute ABM initiatives focused on driving growth and engagement within strategic accounts. This role will be critical in designing and implementing targeted marketing programs that deliver impactful, measurable results across our top accounts; working closely with sales, digital, events and marketing teams across our global business unites, to lead strategy and create highly personalized content and campaigns for strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a blend of creativity, analytical skill, and relationship-building proficiencies to develop high-impact ABM strategies that align with business goals and foster stronger account relationships.

This is an exciting time to join the Global Account-Based Marketing Team, as we focus on building and scaling our Account-Based Marketing discipline across our global markets.

  • Remote - North America (US/Canada) Eastern or central time zone preferred.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and lead account specific end-to-end ABM strategies for our high-value accounts, crafting tailored playbooks and marketing plans to increase engagement and drive conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to align account insights and strategies, delivering a cohesive customer journey.
  • Content Development & Personalization: Working with our team of writers, develop customized value propositions, messaging and content tailored to specific accounts, ensuring messaging aligns with customer pain points and objectives.
  • High-Impact Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage strategic ABM campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital marketing tactics, including email, digital ads and events.
  • Data-Driven Targeting & Measurements: Working with the digital and analytics teams to target personas and measure ABM performance, optimizing campaigns based on data to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Work with the Director, Global ABM, to manage the ABM budget, allocating resources to maximize campaign impact withing high-priority accounts.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Keep up to date on market trends, customer challenges, and competitor strategies to refine ABM approaches and identify new account opportunities.

All About You

  • Experience: 5+ years on B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic sales or ABM focused role, ideally from an ABM agency, talent solutions, or professional services environment.
  • Strategy: Experience creating ABM frameworks and strategies and leading discovery session with Global Account Directors/sales leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform and optimize ABM strategies; proficiency with ABM tools (e.g. Demandbase) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Executional Abilities: Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns design, content creation, marketing platforms (e.g. Pardot).
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and align cross-function stakeholders.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to think outside the box in designing personalized campaigns and adapting strategies as market conditions and account needs evolve.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes, particularly in account engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, with strong project management skills to lead multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Strong presentation skills for delivering engagement strategies and campaign insights to leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Ability to work across time zones and with different global cultures
    • Master's degree in marketing

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year plus annual bonus.

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

  • Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
