Strategic Information Operations Coordinator-Eswatini

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*Coordinate day-to-day SI operations across MoH programs and units in alignment with the national health strategic plan.
*Support integration and harmonization of data systems (HMIS, surveillance, M&E, Epidemiology, research, logistics, and program-specific systems).
*Facilitate coordination meetings and technical working groups related to strategic information, M&E, and data use.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in public health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field
*At least five (5) years of relevant experience in strategic information, M&E, or health information systems
*Experience of working with government health systems
*Knowledge of Eswatini health system structures and national health priorities.
*Experience supporting HIV, TB, NCDs, RMNCAH, surveillance, or other priority health programs.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
*Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
*Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
*Strong report writing and presentation skills.
*High level of integrity, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality.

Reporting and Supervision:

*Reports to the Chief Strategic Information Officer. Ministry of Health
*Provision of regular updates.
*Other reporting as requested.

Levels of Authority:

*Under the oversight of the Chief Strategic Officer, perform preliminary processing for assigned activities.
*Support the Ministry of Health to strengthen the planning, coordination, implementation, and use of Strategic Information (SI) across health programs.

Contract Duration: Until March 2026
