Functional Specialist for Infotainment and ADAS Audit Standard

The Functional Specialist for Product Audit Standard (PAS) is part of the Quality Product Audit Team within the Corporate Manufacturing Quality & Outbound department. Her/his main task is to define and deploy functional audit standards. With regards to the assigned scope and in collaboration with the engineering team, she/he defines, validates, and implements quality referential procedures in project and serial life in accordance with the product development process timing.

Main activities include but are not limited to:

Define, validate and implement customer centric functional test instructions for new or enhanced features (ADAS; Electrification; Connected Services; Infotainment; Powertrain...)



  • Redaction of the function assessment for new features
  • Proofreading, checking and experimentation of the efficiency of the functional standard
  • Delivering the standard for the first X0 vehicles
  • Define the technical specification for the required means for a new test instruction
  • Ensure the training of the calibrators team on the test instructions
  • Lead the functional measurement for "non-mature" features
  • Update and maintain the test instructions with changes or change request on time and quality

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Infotainment and/or ADAS testing experience
  • Previous experience in an Engineering department or Project Team
  • Well versed in Microsoft applications
  • Effective presentation/public speaking skills
  • Able to demonstrate both coaching and teaching
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projects


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's in Engineering or MBA
