Join a global marketing team driving large-scale brand campaigns across multiple consumer initiatives. This Paid Media Manager will support media strategy and investment planning across cross-channel campaigns, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive brand growth and audience engagement. This role requires both strategic thinking and deep analytical capability. You will own campaign planning and execution, optimize performance in real time, and translate business objectives into high-impact media strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly data-driven, and brings strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This is an ONSITE role in Seattle, WA. five days a week. **What you'll do:**
- Own end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for designated brand campaigns.
- Manage external media agencies and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into actionable media strategies.
- Serve as the paid media expert, partnering with marketing stakeholders on broader campaign strategy.
- Drive real-time campaign optimization based on KPIs and performance data.
- Compile and synthesize reporting from multiple measurement sources to inform decision-making.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders on media strategy recommendations and performance insights.
- Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization, representing the media team with integrity and ownership.
- Partner with other media managers to align investment strategies and leverage shared audience insights.
- Contribute insights to broader advertising portfolio strategy and investment modeling.
**What you'll bring:**
- 6+ years of experience in media strategy, audience strategy, or communications within a media agency or in-house media team.
- Deep expertise in cross-channel media planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of US media planning and buying principles.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale campaigns for major brands.
- Hands-on experience using industry planning and measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore).
- Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
