We are searching for a specialized Full-Stack Developer with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. In this exciting and challenging position, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and integrating software solutions that directly interact with and enhance critical operational systems. You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, contributing to projects that streamline workflows, improve data accessibility, and ensure the seamless operation of complex equipment. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on production efficiency and technological advancement, offering something new and engaging every day.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement incremental UX/UI improvements for internal applications, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

* Provide robust backend support, including system integrations and ensuring reliable database connectivity.

* Implement and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through centralized directory services, strengthening security protocols.

* Craft and optimize queries to expose critical data from various systems, facilitating seamless information flow across the enterprise.

* Deploy and configure off-the-shelf applications within a corporate IT environment, ensuring optimal performance and integration.

* Perform thorough debugging and testing of applications locally using real-world scenarios to guarantee functionality.

* Conduct comprehensive integration testing to ensure reliable and smooth production releases.

* Proactively document requirements gaps and edge cases to support flawless execution and future development.

* Collaborate closely with product, design, and IT teams, fostering a cooperative and productive development environment.

**Our Tech Stack Includes:**

* **Frontend:** React

* **Backend:** Go, Node.js, Python

* **Database:** SQL-based systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

* **Authentication & Integration:** Single Sign-On (SSO), centralized Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED required.

* 6 to 9 years of practical experience in a technical role.

* **Technical Expertise:** Proven experience working with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, demonstrating a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, particularly within automotive manufacturing environments. Ability to articulate and demonstrate how manufacturing processes work. An engineering background will be considered.

* **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong team relationships, with examples of effective collaboration and team-building initiatives.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with enterprise asset management and workforce management systems such as Maximo and Kronos.

Candidates must currently be eligitble to work in the United States without a sponsorship.
