Position description

Associate Instructor/Lecturer Position

The Department of Anthropology at UC Davis is seeking an Associate Instructor or Lecturer to instruct an upper division biological anthropology course in Spring 2026: ANT 158 - The Evolution of Sex: A Biological Perspective.

Demonstrated experience in teaching, and a minimum of a Master's degree in Anthropology or related discipline is required. We will prioritize recent and current PhD students who have worked closely with the Anthropology program at Davis or with other UC Anthropology programs.

Must have demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching Biological Anthropology courses.
