Job Description Program Summary: The qualifying Operator will participate in an accelerated training program to grow their career in the RRD manufacturing environment that features 4 (four) graduating steps of increasing skill level, responsibility, and pay. This training program may be completed in as few as 18 months or as many as 36 months (with manager approval), depending on the participant's pace of progress. Upon graduating from the program, the participant will be fully qualified and accountable to assume the duties and receive the compensation of an experienced Operator. Position Summary Directs and coordinates crew activities to operate presses in various degrees of size and complexity in order to obtain maximum production according to established quality standards.
