Position Summary
The Social/Clinical Research Assistant will support several systems mapping and simulation modeling projects focused on mental health and maternal and child health. The individual will support ongoing research by implementing targeted literature searches, extracting information from and synthesizing identified studies, supporting ongoing analyses (including literature syntheses as well as stakeholder-engaged system mapping, qualitative data analysis, and decision support simulation modeling and analysis), and support the development and editing of study manuscripts and presentations.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
* Course work in health policy and management or a related field that confers deep knowledge of the U.S. health care systems.
* Experience with system mapping and simulation model development and analysis (e.g., system dynamics, markov modeling, and/or discrete event simulation modeling)
* Prior experience in clinical research
* Prior experience in social science research
