At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake's AI Data Cloud is the unified platform and connected ecosystem of organizations building, using, and sharing data, applications, and AI. At the foundation of this platform is metadata, powering how customers discover, understand, govern, and operate on their data at scale.

As customer environments become increasingly complex and AI driven, Snowflake's metadata platform must evolve to be faster, more accurate, and more accessible. Core capabilities across Snowflake Backups, Cloning, and Metadata Entities are critical to ensuring data durability, enabling governance and cost visibility, and supporting emerging AI and open ecosystem use cases.

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive execution across Snowflake Backups, Cloning, and Metadata Entities. This role is ideal for an early career PM who wants to work on deeply technical platform problems, own meaningful end to end capabilities, and directly impact how customers protect and operate on their data.

In This Role, You Will
  • Own and deliver end to end platform capabilities across Snowflake Backups, Cloning, and Metadata Entities such as incremental backups, Iceberg backups, and metadata supporting AI and Terraform use cases

  • Drive measurable impact on key business outcomes, including increasing the amount of data protected through backup and disaster recovery capabilities

  • Improve how metadata is accessed, structured, and contextualized across the platform to support analytics, governance, and AI workloads

  • Partner closely with engineering to define clear requirements, make effective tradeoffs, and deliver high quality systems at scale

  • Translate ambiguous platform and customer problems into structured execution plans with clear milestones and success metrics

  • Collaborate with go to market and customer facing teams to drive adoption across capabilities you own.

  • Work cross functionally with teams across storage, compute, governance, and AI to ensure consistency and integration across the platform

  • Use data and metrics to prioritize work, evaluate impact, and continuously improve platform capabilities

Our Ideal Candidate Has
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top tier undergraduate program

  • Early career experience as an Associate Product Manager or a background in investment banking, venture capital, or top tier management consulting

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with comfort using data to inform product decisions

  • Interest in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and platforms that power enterprise AI and data workloads

  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, and execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from senior PMs and engineers

Why Join This Team?

This role offers the opportunity to work on foundational platform capabilities across Snowflake Backups, Cloning, and Metadata Entities, directly impacting how customers protect, understand, and operate on their data.
