Join us as our new Innovation & Product Strategy Manager - Bioenergy!

In this roleyou'llmake an impact by:

• Leading the commercial direction of new product development initiatives, partnering with R&D to shape concepts, value propositions, and business cases from early exploration through commercialization.

• Translating market and customer insights into clear product requirements, considering commercial viability, market size and trends, new technology, competitive dynamics, and financial potential.

• Conducting customer validation, engaging directly with customers to test concepts, assessing willingnesstopay, and derisking assumptions throughout concept development.

• Driving new product launches, including development and execution of go-to-market strategy.

• Traveling to customer sites and leading innovation discussions

To succeed you must hold:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, innovation, NPD, or commercial strategy within biotech, bioenergy, industrial solutions, or adjacent sectors.

• Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market, from early concept through launch.

• Strong capability in marketbacked innovation, including customer insight gathering, value proposition development, and business case creation.

• Demonstrated effectiveness leading crossfunctional teams in structured product development environments (e.g., stagegate or similar frameworks).

• Excellent customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for "what's next"

Expected salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 (US salary)
