Responsibilities Include:

• Source and purchase parts and equipment from vendors - finding the best price and availability.
• Quote creation and delivery.
• Provide customer service and maintain a strong relationship with technicians and vendors.
• Track part order ETA's, fill rates and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Assist in performing parts inventory.
• Keep and verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Other parts department related tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with commercial refrigeration/food equipment industry a plus.
• Previous experience in parts, service, or related role a plus!
• Proficient computer skills.
• Self-starter and able to follow through on assignments.
• Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and on some occasions lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
