POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Applications Analyst supports the
optimization, integration, and governance of Project HOPE's enterprise systems.
This role ensures that ERP, CRM, HRIS, LMS, and digital health platforms
operate cohesively within a unified enterprise architecture and deliver
measurable value to teams across the globe.

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is a missiondriven technologist who strengthens the way Project
HOPE uses digital tools and data. The role helps evolve enterprise applications
from basic operational systems into connected, secure, and scalable solutions
that empower global staff. Through highquality integrations, responsible automation, and improved data flows, the
analyst enables better decisionmaking, reduces manual
processes, and supports organizational efficiency and impact across regions.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Enterprise Systems Modernization & Support
Configure, extend, and optimize NetSuite (global ERP) and contribute to Workday budgeting/integration operations; ensure performance, data integrity, and rolebased access are maintained.
Partner with Finance, HR, BD/Comms, and Program teams to design scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Contribute to cloudfirst roadmaps, including deprecations, upgrades, and cost/performance tuning tied to the IT modernization pillar.


2. Integration, Interoperability & Automation
Maintain and build integrations using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps; implement APIbased workflows, event triggers, and errorresilient retry patterns.
Ensure secure, reliable data synchronization between ERP/CRM/HRIS/LMS and program/digital health systems (e.g., DHIS2) to support global operations and MEL insights.
Instrument automations with logging/alerting; contribute to runbooks and handoffs to operations/support.


3. Data Governance, Protection & Compliance
Implement classification, retention, labeling, and stewardship workflows in supported platforms; maintain systemlevel data dictionaries and contribute to the enterprise data catalog.
Enforce change management, access reviews, and securebydesign patterns across application changes and integrations; partner with the cybersecurity function.
Support Responsible AI controls (usage policies, transparency, humanintheloop, and data quality constraints) in line with the AI Adoption approach.


4. Reporting & Analytics Enablement
Support data pipelines feeding Power BI; validate models, business logic, and semantic consistency across systems.
Partner with business owners to define KPIs, build adoption dashboards, and embed data use in routine management cycles.


5. Adoption, Change Management & Documentation Culture
Create enablement materials, deliver training sessions, and support golives to drive sustained adoption across HQ, regions, and country offices.
Produce and maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and runbooks that align with the Operational Excellence & Documentation pillar.
Contribute to the Global IT Support model by aligning workflows with global processes and shared standards.

COLLABORATION & KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Internal: Finance (ERP), HR/People (HRIS & LMS), Business Development/Comms (Opportunity Tracking, Grant Writing, CRM & marketing tech), Program/Digital Health & MEL teams (program data and DHIS2), IT Security & Data Protection.
External: SaaS vendors (e.g., NetSuite, Workday), implementation partners, and platform providers supporting modernization and responsible AI/automation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related.
3-5 years supporting, configuring, or administering enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS/LMS/automation).
Working knowledge of data structures, workflows, integrations, and business process design.
Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based application ecosystems.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience administering NetSuite, Workday, ADP, Cornerstone, Raiser's Edge, or similar business systems.
Experience working with APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT workflows, or system integration tools.
Exposure to data governance processes (classification, metadata, retention, data quality rules).
Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Certifications such as NetSuite Administrator, Power Platform Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
Experience in a global, multilingual, or distributed organizational environment.
Experience supporting financial, procurement, HR, or grant management workflows.
Exposure to responsible AI patterns, automation at scale, and security/compliance standards (NIST/ISO/CIS) in NGO or regulated settings.

Work environment:
Typical office environment with exposure to
a minimal noise level.
Emergency deployments may be in
resource-deprived environments with austere living conditions.
Travel for extended periods may be by air
and/or other modes of transportation.
While international travel is not a regular part of
every job, programmatic needs may require it intermittently.
Project HOPE employees may be required to travel or
work in countries where working conditions are classified as "hardship."

Salary range starts at $ per year.
Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors, including a
candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. Project HOPE offers
