Summary:The Logistics Supervisor oversees daytoday logistics operations, supervises staff, ensures workflow accuracy, and supports continuous improvement to enable operational efficiency and longterm supply chain growth. The role also leverages analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, evaluate process gaps, and provide datadriven insights that improve shipment accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance operational decisionmaking across the logistics function.

Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolvelogisticsissues.
  • Monitor shipment accuracy, timelines, and documentation compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Manage carriers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure proper use oflogisticssystems and tools.
  • Escalate operational risks or delays to the Logistics Manager.
  • Regularly worksonsite to buildstrong teamconnections, collaborate across functions, and solve problems in real time.

This is an exempt position with an annualized salaryrange of $82,000 to $100,000.

Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum Requirements

RequiredQualifications: (Education, Years of Experience,Certifications)

  • Associatesdegree.
  • 3 to 5 years oflogistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
  • Some leadership experience that may include leading projects, owning projects/programsor coordinating work with others.
  • Experience usingPower BIfor data visualization, KPI monitoring, and translatinglogisticsdata into actionable insights.

PreferredEducation & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experienceleading or supervising staff preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities(KSAs):

  • Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), with emphasis onE2open TMSfor shipment planning, execution, tracking, and performance analytics.
  • ERP systemproficiency, specificallySAP, including navigation oflogistics, inventory, and order related modules.
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Officeskills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams), including ability to analyze data, create reports, andmaintainoperational documentation.
  • Strong understanding oflogisticsworkflows, warehouse processes, and transportation operations.
  • Ability to train, coach, and guide team members in daily tasks, best practices, and system use.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise.While remote, employees must provideappropriate homeoffice space.
