You Are:

UST is looking for a Sr Project/Program Manager to ensure seamless delivery management and execution in end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess 7 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations, program management, or project management, product management, BA, PO.

The opportunity:

* As a Sr Project Manager, you will lead with program management skills and collaborate across the organization to land programs and enable change.

* Manage complex programs by exercising healthcare and business understanding to drive the organization's long-term objectives.

* Foster internal and external relationships; negotiates with external partners; guides and supports the efforts of cross-functional, internal and external resource teams, making decisions about priorities to drive programs to success.

* This also requires proactively initiating cross-functional projects and processes

* Bring healthcare and program management expertise to shape the content, design, and execution of products and services.

* Be responsible for executing and monitoring projects, programs, and services that increase engagement and participation, prepare and deliver key presentations to the leadership team.

* Acts as a thought partner to leadership in the development and prioritization of long-term strategies to achieve successful employee health outcomes

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and experience creating dashboards and modeling data.

* Enjoyment in continually improving processes, and a love of working with large teams of stakeholders.

* Computer skills including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and project management software.

* Excellent knowledge in project management, problem solving, performance monitoring and team leadership.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels inside and outside the company.

* Ability to foster a continuous learning environment through personal commitment to knowledge growth.

* Ability to work with a variety of people and groups to achieve effective and efficient results.

* Ability to thrive in a non-structured environment, deliver results through cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple projects.

* Hands-on experience in Agile model, and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies

* Should have experience working with multiple scrum teams



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range : $102,000-$153,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
