Responsible for planning and allocating manpower to support the daily production requirements, supporting the lean manufacturing principles and concepts, developing a culture of continuous improvement, and initiate problem solving to improve all KPI's impacts within your area of responsibility.

Position offers a starting salary range of$95,000 - $121,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Planning and allocating manpower to support the daily production requirements.

  • Employee relations promoting teamwork, coaching, and mentoring, and issuing discipline as needed.

  • Lead problem solving and continuous improvement activities.

  • Support the plant metrics by establishing goals and targets for your area of responsibility.

  • Develop and execute problem solving strategy initiatives to improve SQDCME (SAFETY-QUALITY-DELIVERY-COST-MORALE-ENVIRONMENTAL)

  • Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA and 4 years of relevant experience preferred OR 6+ years relevant experience leading teams of people in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics setting in lieu of a degree

  • Ability to lead with professionalism.

  • Must be able to work any shift.

  • Ability to lead with influence to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Solid and effective communicator with good networking skills

  • Knowledge with SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint software packages

  • Communication Skills

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Degree Focus - Business / Manufacturing Engineering
