Supply Chain Coordinator, United States - (Kernersville, NC Onsite)

In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will serve as the central point for coordinating office and operational activities, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication with OEM dealers and internal teams, and smooth execution of shipping and inventory tasks. This role will manage job paperwork, purchasing, and invoicing while providing proactive support to keep production schedules on track. Specifically, you'll:



  • Direct correspondence with OEM dealers and plant site logistics regarding machine status and scheduling shipments.
  • Enter and process all new job orders, purchase orders, and transfer orders in the system.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving, including Bill of Lading generation and advising customer service on shipment availability.
  • Work with manufacturing facilities to ensure delivery of attachments by machine warehouse date.
  • Prepare and maintain job paperwork and work folders with required materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust plans to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Process invoicing for dealer charges through OEM portals; forward invoices to accounting.
  • Confer with vendors on pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and resolve issues with defective goods.
  • Attend meetings, answer phones, and handle general office responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience and requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with manufacturing operating systems (e.g., M3, Syteline, SAP)
  • High-level data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and production management software (ERP, MRP systems) preferred.
