This is a remote 4 month engagement with possible extension up to 18 months.

This company empowers engineers and product developers to create groundbreaking solutions that impact millions globally. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the operational efficiency and strategic growth of large engineering organizations, ensuring seamless talent management and providing critical data insights that drive key decisions.

You will play a crucial part in supporting two dynamic engineering organizations focused on product development and advanced technology infrastructure. Your expertise will directly contribute to strategic headcount planning, data-driven decision-making, and the successful execution of critical business initiatives across teams totaling approximately 2,500 members worldwide. This is an exciting chance to drive real-time impact, innovate solutions for complex operational challenges, and contribute to the strategic direction of large-scale engineering initiatives, with a high potential for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Review and approve contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
  • Approve project and work breakdown structures.
  • Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
  • Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
  • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
  • Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
  • Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contact compliance.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience with headcount management
  • Minimum 5 years experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel & PowerBI
  • Minimum 5 years experience with strong knowledge of SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to execution excellence.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive and self-starting approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate effectively.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Previous experience within Microsoft or Oracle Headcount management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to create new reporting solutions and improve data accuracy.
