Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 Emplify Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Media Intern to support our team with employee badging and related media tasks. This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare and mediafocused environment. What You'll Do: Assist with the creation, processing, and distribution of employee ID badges Photograph employees for badge production and ensure highquality image capture Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency Support the Medical Media team with special projects as needed Provide friendly and professional customer service to staff across the organization What's in It for You? Flexible Schedule:Work 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-3:00pm Duration: Ideally 6 months with the potential to extend up to 1 year. Ideal Start Date: Flexible - however, team is open to as early as March Location:Main Campus in La Crosse, WI Pay:Earn $16.20/hour What We're Looking For: Education:Currently pursuing an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field Experience: Students with strong technical aptitude (media equipment, basic troubleshooting, or computer skills) Interest or experience in photography or digital image capture Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to learn new tools quickly and work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop Why Intern with Us?
