Learning and Development Manager AllHealth Network is seeking a qualified Learning and Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who will design, deliver, and manage learning programs that enhance employee capability across the organization. Job Description: The Learning & Development Manager role blends strategic input with hands-on execution, working closely with HR leadership to define L&D priorities while ensuring operational excellence in learning delivery, compliance training, leadership development, and organizational capability building. The role partners cross-functionally with departments to ensure programs align with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements. * Utilize findings to develop clinical L&D plans. Qualifications: Shift/Location: Pay Rate: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
