Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our amazing team at the new Salt Lake City International Airport in Salt Lake City, UT. We have 58 years of experience providing aviation support services, including operations in thirty-three airports across the US! Position Title: Passenger Service Agent (PSA)

Summary:

PSA's are responsible for Helping primarily elderly Customers and Customers with disabilities throughout the airport, generally in wheelchairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing wheelchair and aisle chair assistance to inbound and outbound airline passengers for all airlines.
• Promptly provide assistance and information to hearing and visually impaired passengers,
• Offer routine stops at restaurants and or restroom entrances for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, along with assisting passengers to animal relief areas if required,
• Offering a safe, comfortable, and trouble-free travel experience to all passengers.
• Assisting passengers in a timely, efficient manner, and ensuring they are assisted to the correct departure gates.
• Utilizing provided technology to track and assist passengers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends, including holidays and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
• Be able to pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) background check
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with objects weighting up to at least 75 lbs.
