RESPONSIBILITIES * Learn and understand internal customer's requirements. (Molding, Thermoforming, Laminate, Gallus, Shipping, Bailing * Understand and support C Pro documentation and requirements for the Department * Safely utilize a forklift and hand jack to move material or unload LTL carriers * Help fill in gaps in coverage with Coordinator group * Understands and will adhere to all ISO/SQF guidelines and policies * Sustain receiving areas using the 5S program to maintain a clean, organized working environment * Responsible for monitoring the TICS returns process * All other tasks assigned by leadership AUTHORITIES * Verifies and corrects Invoices, Orders, Bills of Lading, and other records of Inbound and Outbound shipments o Process paperwork into JDE System * Contact Purchasing if a problem or discrepancy is found and keep records * Work with Purchasing/Scheduling/Color group to ensure timely shipments * Reports non-conformities to Safety Department, Leadership Departments of receiving items, Purchasing Agent and Logistics Leadership * Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery * Check IML Production Schedule daily * Provide quality checks on inbound raw materials and unloads incoming shipments ensuring all products are receivable * Responsible for arranging Outbound Shipments by carrier specified on the customer's purchase order using TMC software * Regularly enter inventory data into the JDE system on a timely basis * Perform PO Receipt on labels coming in from vender and warehouse properly * Investigate and report all near misses and accidents on the Accident Reporting Database (GDC) for Logistics Haulers (PLT) QUALIFICATIONS * Need to be Forklift certified * Be able to meet all of the above responsibilities to perform the job * Support and be an example of Amcor Code of Conduct * Strong organizational skills such as placement of warehouse equipment, storage of materials, layout of warehouses, and office efficiency * Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software applications * Proven skill in JDE and MEP applications * Proven project leading skills with established actual cost savings benefits * Training and/or proven proficiency in written and verbal communication skills * Ability to delegate and give direction as needed * Training, classroom or hands on, experience or knowledge of teams, manufacturing production, shipping, logistics and receiving environments OurExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
