Marketing Coordinator - Community Outreach (DFW) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday \| Occasional evenings or weekends for events Travel: Local travel throughout the DFW area required About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Community Outreach to support pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role focuses on building relationships within the local community to help grow new patient referrals. The Marketing Coordinator will visit pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations while representing our practices in a professional and friendly way. This is a field-based marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and working within the community. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, dentists, schools, daycares, and community partners Visit local offices and organizations to promote pediatric dental and orthodontic services Organize community events, presentations, and outreach opportunities Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for outreach visits Capture photos and videos during events for social media content Track outreach activity and referral relationships using a CRM system Work closely with regional leadership and marketing teams to support practice growth What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish/English required 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable working in the field and attending community events Experience in healthcare, dental, or field marketing is a plus Additional Requirements Must live in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events Why Join Us You'll play an important role in helping connect families with quality pediatric dental and orthodontic care while building strong relationships throughout the DFW community.
