We are seeking a Divisional Vice President of Sales Development to design, lead, and evolve the strategies that power our sales teams and accelerate longterm growth. This role owns the vision, structure, and execution of the Sales Development organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives and strong partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership. You will lead with a balance of strategic foresight and operational rigor-building scalable models, developing highperforming leaders, and using data to continuously optimize performance. What You'll Do Set and lead the enterprise sales development strategy, translating company objectives into scalable, measurable initiatives that drive sustainable pipeline growth Participate in enterprise strategic planning with Senior Executive Leadership, including facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews and contributing to threeyear planning initiatives Build, mentor, and inspire highperforming Sales Development leaders and teams, providing leadership training and clear career development paths Lead divisional Learning & Development planning, promoting continuous education and expanding new learning offerings informed by performance data and sales feedback Conduct annual gap analyses with Sales to evaluate performance and develop targeted training content Design and optimize inbound and outbound sales development models, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a strong prospect experience Leverage data, forecasting, and reporting to evaluate performance, manage capacity, track trainee progress, and guide strategic decisionmaking Create, facilitate, and report on divisional OKRs and KPIs, ensuring metrics align with enterprise success measures Identify and implement tools, technologies, and methodologies that improve productivity, consistency, and operational effectiveness Identify operational challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions to support performance and growth Develop and manage the division's annual budget, acting based on forecasting and performance trends Conduct regular coaching oversight, including shadows, "shadows of shadows," and quarterly checkins with Sales Development leaders and associates Maintain monthovermonth Sales Development reporting, including trainee tracking, capacity planning, turnover analysis, and progress monitoring Compile and share annual Sales Development results with Sales Leadership Support new revenue opportunities through partnerships, thirdparty relationships, and business alliances Identify and recommend causes and initiatives aligned with company values and goals What You Bring Six years of professional experience leading or mentoring others in a formal sales environment Two years of experience in the staffing industry or an insidesalesrelated field Proven experience leading sales development or revenuegenerating teams at scale, ideally within a complex or highgrowth organization Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead leaders, not just individual contributors Deep expertise in sales development methodologies, metrics, and enabling technologies A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute-comfortable setting vision while remaining close to the work Exceptional communication and influence skills, including the ability to engage and present to executive stakeholders A datadriven approach complemented by strong business judgment and intuition Why You'll Love Working at Jackson & Coker Industry Stability: Join a nationally respected healthcare staffing leader with longterm growth and career potential Comprehensive Training & Development: Indepth onboarding and ongoing learning to support your success Incredible Onsite Perks: Stateoftheart headquarters featuring a gym, pool, sauna, onsite daycare, free onsite healthcare, restaurants, Starbucks, game room, and more FamilyFriendly Benefits: Free onsite healthcare for you and your family, plus childcare and virtual learning support Robust Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a 401(k) with company match Inclusive, HighPerformance Culture: A collaborative environment that values excellence, growth, and leadership Disclosures Smoking/vaping and the use of tobacco products are prohibited on all Company premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, parking lots, and Company-owned vehicles.
