Are you an organized, service-driven banking professional who thrives on keeping complex relationships running smoothly? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking aClient Support Manager (CSM)to support ourCommercial Bankingteam. In this role, you'll serve as the primary operational contact for commercial lending clients while providing critical administrative and operational support to Commercial Lenders ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, responding promptly and professionally to questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Lenders and internal partners to deliver seamless service and timely solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial deposit accounts.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial loan account operations.
  • Initiate commercial credit card accounts and account changes, and pursue past-due loan and credit card payments.
  • Meet with clients, as requested, to open accounts and execute loan documents.
  • Coordinate business meetings and client events, including room reservations, catering, and meeting setup.
  • Manage Banker calendars by scheduling appointments, lunches, and meetings as needed.
  • Provide back-up support to other Client Support Managers and departments when necessary.


Who We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a college degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or a similar banking function.
  • Working knowledge of depository account products and lending processes.
  • Proven ability to partner with bankers to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
