KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Partner Performance Development and Career Architecture to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Director's execution partner, translating strategy into implementable plans and driving the ongoing execution and optimization of partner PD processes, enhancements, and system updates
  • Manage day-to-day delivery across the annual partner PD lifecycle by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and resolving execution issues; collaborate with technology teams to support partner PD system enhancement
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for technology tools, ensuring business requirements have been met
  • Work cross-functionally with PD team members, HR leadership, HR communications, HR Business Advisors, and other enablement teams to support change management efforts
  • Maintain operational rigor and audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation to support partner-level reviews, audits, and governance processes
  • Support partner PD analytics and reporting by coordinating data collection and validation; produce insightful reports that inform partner PD decisions in a clear and accessible manner
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in HR program management, operations, or large-scale program management
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Demonstrated project management and execution skills in complex, matrixed environments
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal) and executive presence that spans diverse stakeholders and team members across firm, levels of leadership and roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; be comfortable with building analyses, summaries, and presentation materials
  • Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities; high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort operating in regulated environments

California Salary Range: $87800 - $185000
