Summary The Human Resources Leave & Operations Specialist administers employee leave programs, including sick and safe time reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local leave laws, as well as firm policies. This role works directly with employees to collect, review, and advise on required documentation for leave requests and supports the ADA interactive process. The Specialist manages leave tracking, absence monitoring, and return-to-work coordination while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and independence. In addition to leave administration, the Human Resources Leave & Operations Specialist role supports HR operations and systems. The Specialist assists with HR processes such as internal transfers, labor law poster compliance, service awards and retirement processing, payroll checklists, PTO and sick/safe time balances (including negative balances and state-specific usage), and verifications of employment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and process improvement are essential to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient HR operations. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual's unique qualifications and experience.
