Responsibilities
The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Full Time Social Worker. We do have several shifts available which can be discussed during the interview process. The Social Worker provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
