Medical Receptionist Haymarket, VA Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: 3+years of recent work experience in a surgical setting or, surgical center or multi-provider practice site Experience Registering and checking patients in Obtaining authorizations Preparing medical records prior to appointments and procedures Collecting and processing co-pays Scheduling appointments Upbeat with strong customer service skills Must have strong EMR Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction well Experience working in a fast paced environment Experience working with a large number of physicians/physician practices DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Receptionist candidate include but not limited to the following: Check patients in and register Collect insurance information Enter and update patient information in EMR Collect and process co-pays Schedule appointments Prepare medical records prior to procedures and appointments Assist on various project as needed Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
