The Enterprise Data & Insights - Senior Product Manager role is responsible for supporting the development and launch of data products for the Global Supply Chain Division (GSC), from conceptualization through to end of life, using waterfall or agile methodologies. The incumbent acts as a key liaison to their assigned product line(s) to ensure the GSC business is upskilled on and effectively leveraging the ED&I organizations data, tools and technology. The incumbent has knowledge and experience in product management and information technology principles, practices, and frameworks. In addition to defining product requirements and continuously refining the product strategy, the incumbent works closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including business teams, technology product owners and technical teams, to support the development, implementation, and enhancement of new and existing data products. The incumbent will gain an understanding of GSC's goals and objectives to provide insights and recommendations for GSC's product and service offerings. The incumbent supports the execution of various technology product development projects, including planning, scheduling, executing, and closing projects. Their responsibilities include ensuring adherence to product timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer needs. * Partner with GSC Leaders to develop and execute product strategy, including product roadmaps, priorities, pricing, budgeting, positioning, and messaging * Define product requirements in partnership with the business and work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design etc.) to ensure product vision is well understood and executed * Conduct market research and analysis on GSC related data and products to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive threats * Define, track, and report on product metrics to measure success and adjust strategy as needed * Shape and prioritize the product backlog utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs * Manage the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards * Own and manage knowledge documentation in support of the product to enable effective utilization of ED&I data and tools * Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, including technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product innovation* This is not a remote or hybrid position, and will report to our headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
