Description

Purpose of Role
The Marketing Coordinator enables the organization to execute consistently, efficiently, and on-brand by ensuring that marketing initiatives move from plan to execution with clarity, coordination, and fiscal discipline, supporting revenue growth, sales alignment, and a strong, reliable market presence for the business.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Assists and facilitates the timely movement of marketing materials, assets, and other key documents
* Ensures that expenses align with the marketing budget
* Ensures marketing meetings, projects and events are scheduled, coordinated, tracked, feedback captured/uploaded, and approvals provided on time and within budget
* Ensure creative and production projects are started and completed on time

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Support the daily operations of the department
* Provides stakeholders with up-to-date marketing materials, promotional content, and new product information
* Supports execution of approved marketing promotions
* Processes department invoice/billing and participates in periodic expense and inventory reviews
* Maintains communications/content calendar and keeps records of marketing content up to date
* Manage assigned marketing project and events
* Oversee progress and results of projects and events

* Project Communication Management: Link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout the project life cycle; include timely generation and collection of information along with its proper dissemination and archival process
* Project Integration: Ensure that all project's work elements are coordinated, including project planning and execution processes
* Sales Alignment and Support: Align marketing work with, and support, sales efforts

Qualifications
Ideal
* Demonstrate success in meeting deadlines and accurate reporting
* Demonstrates success working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
* Proficiency in MS Office Tools
* Project coordination experience

Preferred
* Experience coordinating promotional marketing assets and approvals

Compensation
* The hiring range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
* Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
