Genesis10 is seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer with our client located in Canonsburg, PA. This is a direct hire, hybrid W2 position requiring 4 days per week onsite.

Compensation Range: Varies according to experience - $120k - 150k+


Job Description:
The Oracle Fusion Developer is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion solutions that drive business processes across critical enterprise functions. This individual partners closely with the Enterprise Applications Manager, functional leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable enhancements and integrations for Oracle Fusion modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the manager and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy custom Oracle Fusion components, integrations, and extensions (e.g., interfaces, reports, APIs).
  • Develop technical specifications, code, and unit tests in accordance with established standards and best practices.
  • Execute code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance-optimized solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration technologies.
  • Provide post-production support, including troubleshooting defects, production issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in and support disaster recovery testing and system upgrades as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders - including QA, DevOps, functional consultants, and project teams - to ensure quality delivery.
  • Attend stand-ups, status meetings, and planning sessions; report progress to the Manager and escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, including design artifacts, deployment notes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of coding practices, development templates, and documentation standards.
  • Explore new tools, technologies, and Oracle Cloud features to improve system capabilities and efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion application development or related ERP technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, including OIC and PaaS components.
  • Proficiency with application development frameworks such as ADF, Oracle JET, or VBCS.
  • Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), SQL/PLSQL, and data migration tools (FBDI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (BIP, OTBI) and custom UI/UX components.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle Cloud or related certifications.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and source control tools.
