Genesis10 is currently seeking a PM (PMO) with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities:
- Provide governance, reporting, coordination, and delivery oversight across complex technology programs and portfolios
- Ensure consistent project execution, accurate financial and status reporting, and adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Technical Delivery Leads, engineering teams, and CIO leadership to drive transparency, mitigate risks, and support successful execution of infrastructure, application, data, or modernization programs
- Oversee program and project governance processes including status reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, and stage gate compliance
- Monitor project health across scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure delivery teams follow PMO standards, policies, and templates
- Partner with Program Managers and PMs to prepare plans, schedules, and delivery artifacts
- Facilitate cross functional coordination with technology, business, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams
- Support program meetings, working groups, and steering committees by preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and follow ups
- Assist with onboarding project teams and aligning them to PMO processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reports for CIO and PMO leadership
- Consolidate project updates into a clear portfolio-level view of status, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and insights across programs
- Support creation and tracking of program budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial variances
- Partner with Finance to validate actuals, chargeback accuracy, vendor spend, and investment alignment
- Assist with resource planning, capacity tracking, and staffing needs
- Maintain risks, issues, decisions, and action logs (RAID) with timely updates and escalation as needed
- Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, architecture standards, change management, and regulatory requirements
- Support technology controls, EOL/NPT tracking, audit requests, and evidence gathering
- Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and process standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and delivery organization
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or program support roles
- Strong Jira experience
- Strong understanding of technology delivery processes (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Experience supporting or coordinating large-scale technology programs
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Jira, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and summaries
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of operating at both the analytical and program management levels
