POSITION SUMMARYManage and Build relationships with customers through order processing JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Process any customer orders, make changes to their orders or account Create new items when they are ordered for the first time Keep customers updated on any changes, which can include late orders or deliveries Utilizing our ERP to create work orders on time Work closely with production leadership to complete customer work orders on time
