What You'll Do

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining internal applications that support the credit unions Digital Services organization and enterprise business operations. This role supports enhancements to existing applications including the OneAZ website, incentive/compensation platform, and other internal tools as well as new development needs across the Credit Union. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, core automation, data analytics, product, and the Digital Services team to ensure system stability, security, and seamless integration across the OneAZ ecosystem.

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Support and enhance existing applications such as the public website, incentive software, MXP, and internal workflow tools.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integration components between enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, deployments, and validation.
  • Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including stored procedures, queries, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full stack.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics & Automation team on integrations, data flows, and automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Banking, and vendor teams to support system stability and upgrades.
  • Ensure all development aligns with security, audit, and compliance requirements for the financial industry.
  • Support integrations with third-party vendors and internal platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Participate in DR testing, scheduled releases, and after-hours deployments as needed.
  • Recommend improvements to development standards, tooling, and processes.
  • Develop, support, and monitor OpenTelemetry-based observability across applications and services.
  • Create, maintain, and support APIs and integration services used across our enterprise systems.
  • After-hours availability may be required for production deployments and incident response.
  • Comply with all regulatory and policy requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC, etc.).

What You Bring

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years similar or related experience of professional full-stack development experience required.
  • .NET / C# development experience required\SQL Server and Oracle database experience required
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience required
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript frontend development required
  • Experience supporting and enhancing existing business applications required
  • API and microservices development required
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) required
  • Experience in a banking or financial institution environment preferred
  • Experience with digital banking integrations or middleware frameworks preferred
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices in regulated industries.
  • Experience with REST APIs, messaging tools, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, version control, automation, and release management.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
