Job Description:

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking to hire a full-time, CT Tech Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented professional to support daily operations within our imaging department. Under the direction of the Section Coordinator, this role oversees patient flow, assigns daily exams, and maintains quality control of equipment and imaging processes. Responsibilities include directing technologists, ensuring protocol adherence, assisting radiologists with procedures, collecting patient histories, administering contrast under physician direction, monitoring image quality, resolving workflow issues, and maintaining accurate records. Position also supports scheduling, equipment reporting, EPIC/EI completion, and staff guidance.

Bonus eligible for qualified candidates.

Schedule: 5x 8's, 6 am - 2:30 pm, no holidays or weekends

Required

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology.

• Active KBMIRT required at time of hire.

• ARRT or NMTCB with CT certification required.

• CT Registry is required within 1 year of employment.

• Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
