About Adobe

Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences. We build the platforms and tools that creators-and the world's biggest brands-depend on to deliver exceptional content at global scale. We're committed to a workplace where everyone is respected, supported, and able to do the best work of their career.

The Role

Enterprises don't need more capability they need repeatable outcomes they can operationalize. This role is focused on turning Adobe's content automation capabilities into production-ready enterprise workflows that customers can adopt quickly, scale across teams to drive value faster. You'll own a portfolio of high-value content workflows (for example: product content creation and adaptation, retargeting and variant generation, localization, catalogs/circulars, bundles, and campaign/event packs) and drive adoption from first value through production rollout and expansion.

A key part of the portfolio is product-centric workflows where 3D digital twins act as a source of truth powering consistent, on-brand asset generation and adaptation across channels.

You'll partner closely with pre-sales, customer-facing delivery teams (including FDE), and customers to make sure what we ship is not just compelling in a demo, but durable in real production environments. This role is for a product leader who enjoys being close to customers and knows how to build an adoption engine, not just a roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise content workflows and translate them into repeatable Workflow Builder templates that customers can deploy and reuse.
  • Define what "production-ready" means for each workflow: quality bars, controls, governance, observability, and operational readiness.
  • Drive enterprise adoption and stickiness by owning the full lifecycle:
  • time-to-first-value
  • pilot production conversion
  • ongoing usage/retention
  • expansion across teams, workflows, and use cases
  • Build a tight operating rhythm with pre-sales and customer-facing delivery teams to capture real customer needs and turn them into scalable product improvements.
  • Separate signal from noise: identify what becomes a reusable template vs. what represents a platform gap that needs investment, then drive alignment and prioritization with engineering and platform PM partners.
  • Instrument usage and outcomes so we can see what's working, where customers get stuck, and what to improve next.
  • Help shape the go-to-market narrative for repeatable workflows: how we position them, package them, and prove value.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise software, workflow products, platforms, or solution packaging.
  • Strong customer instincts and comfort working directly with enterprise customers and field teams (pre-sales, solution consultants, delivery/implementation).
  • Proven experience driving adoption and usage growth (onboarding, enablement, instrumentation, iteration based on real customer signals).
  • Ability to translate real-world customer workflows into scalable, repeatable product packages without turning every request into a one-off build.
  • Strong communication and influence skills; you can align cross-functional teams and make smart trade-offs in ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with creative production workflows, marketing operations, DAM/CMS ecosystems, or content supply chain systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation workflows, quality measurement, and production guardrails.
  • Experience with 3D pipelines, product visualization, or digital-twin-driven content workflows.
  • Experience building reusable playbooks/templates with customer-facing teams.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You'll own the shift from "capabilities" to repeatable enterprise outcomes and directly influence how customers adopt and scale content workflows.
  • You'll work at the intersection of product, customers, and go-to-market teams, with clear accountability for real production adoption.
  • You'll help build a catalog of workflows that customers can deploy repeatedly; driving long-term stickiness and growth.

If you're excited by building repeatable solutions that enterprises put into production-and you like owning adoption outcomes-we'd love to meet you.
