About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Creative Services Traffic Manager to oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative projects from start to finish. This role is critical to keeping creative workflows running smoothly balancing resources, timelines, and quality while serving as a key connector between creative teams, project owners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of experience in traffic or project management within a creative services environment, thrives in fast-paced settings, and has a strong eye for detail, process, and people.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and resource assignment of creative requests.



  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep work on track.



  • Strategically prioritize and re-prioritize projects based on deadlines, requirements, capacity, and required skill sets.



  • Monitor team capacity and partner closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure efficient and productive workload balancing.



  • Review creative project submissions for accuracy and completeness; assist in gathering missing details in collaboration with project owners.



  • Act as a central point of communication between creative teams, project owners, and occasional stakeholders to align on timelines, priorities, and expectations.



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.



  • Facilitate regular traffic meetings and provide clear updates to the Creative Services Manager. Proactively resolve or escalate issues and blockers as needed.



  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.



  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve workflows, processes, and efficiencies.



  • Manage Monday.com user access, including adding members and updating permissions as needed.



  • Partner with other Monday.com administrators to monitor, maintain, and improve the platform and related processes.



  • Build strong relationships across teams while working independently and adapting to shifting priorities.



  • Contribute positively to team dynamics with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.




Minimum Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of experience in traffic management or project management within a creative services environment.



  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Proficiency with Monday.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.



  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.



  • Proven ability to build relationships, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.




Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.



  • Experience in health care or other highly regulated industries.



  • Familiarity with creative production processes and terminology.



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.



  • Project Management certification.



  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.



  • Advanced fluency in Monday.com.



The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
