We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical and obstetrical teams in delivering outstanding care to patients and families in our Center for Women and Newborns. As a valued member of our perioperative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical procedures while working alongside highly skilled physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures. Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly. Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
