Responsibilities Demonstrate unparalleled expertise and thought leadership in SE/MBSE and Digital Engineering field, tools and methods. Lead complex SE/MBSE and Digital Engineering projects without supervision. Advance organizational technical capabilities with visionary innovation. Drive continuous improvements and best practices in execution of daily tasks. Define and guide technical vision for critical programs while also contributing effectively to multiple projects, as needed. Exemplify timeliness by delivering tasks and milestones on schedule to set a standard for others. Anticipates customer needs based on technical understanding, articulating strategic technical areas where the company could expand its value and drive discussions with project and capture leads. Inspire collaboration within team members and across projects. Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team to enhance innovation and program success. Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and with customers to drive alignment and decision-making. Identify and lead initiatives to enhance team output and efficiency. Actively contribute to the development of company-wide technical capabilities. Leads technical task execution by coordinating efforts across individuals and ensuring alignment with complex project goals. Set the highest standards of professionalism and serve as a role model across the organization. Qualifications BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
